How It Works

5 simple steps to help you start reaching patrons.

1. Get Started

Your starting point is the Get Started page.

Tip: On the Get Started page, you can select to create a barber or barbershop listing.

2. Create Your Account

To submit your listing, you must first create an account on Original Barbers.

Tip: If you already have a Google or Facebook account, we make it that much easier to sign up.

3. Complete Your Listing

While not all fields are required to get started, we recommend that listings be as complete as possible.

Tip: The more complete your listing is the better chance you have of reaching a wider audience.

4. Listing Submission

After a successful submission, your listing will be submitted to our team for approval. If your listing is approved, you will receive an email.

Tip: You can make changes to your Listing during the approval period.

5. Promote Your Listing

If competition is fierce or you’re just looking to get some more eyes on your listing, consider promoting it.

When you promote your listing, it will receive higher search prominence, as well as earn additional placement on our website.

Promote Listings

Promotions are for a limited time and are purchased separately from a Listing Package. Think of Promotions as a way to temporarily boost your Listings, so they are put in front of more potential customers. Have a look at our Listing Priority Levels breakdown to learn more.

How To Promote

  1. While logged in, go to your Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Listing you wish to Promote and click the Promote icon.
  1. Select the desired Promotion package.
  1. Complete the Checkout process.

Promoted Listings are designated with a special badge that is shown in the upper left-hand corner of the Listing Preview Card.
